We would like to take a moment and give credit where credit is due for Travis Vincent. We had a pretty severe rodent problem, and he went above and beyond to make sure that our home was sealed against these pests. He even had to redo some things since the squirrels we were dealing with were pretty tough! He successfully made the house secure for the first time ever, I think! We were so pleased with his service! He was always prompt! He was also considerate, cheerful and personable -- not only to us but also our dog! I have, in fact, called to request that he is the only tech to come service our home. In some ways, we hate that he won't be coming by to check the house until a couple of months down the road. We'll miss him! Thank you for hiring such a responsible and kind young man and sending him our way!

I wanted to compliment Travis Vincent for the rodent job he completed at my home. Travis is always polite, friendly, and helpful. I also wanted to thank Harry Birdsong for his expertise. I am equally impressed with Brian Peeples. He keeps my home pest–free and keeps the yard free of fire ants as well. It's great to not have to worry about that when my son plays in the yard.
